Looking for the More menu? Click here to see where it is:
This option skips the settings for printing, and lets you print (singly or in bulk) to PDF label. Use this when some labels need to be emailed elsewhere for printing. For example, use this to send labels to a warehouse for drop shipping.
Clicking this, after selecting any number of orders on the main shipping grid, will produce a quick Excel file with all of the available order information for the selected orders. This file will look like the normal Report - Excel Default created in settings.
ShipRush keeps track of which orders have packing lists already printed. Pressing this option will print packing lists for orders that have not yet printed a packing list. It looks at all unshipped orders and prints packing lists for all of those orders that have not yet had a packing list printed.
The address of selected order(s) will be added to the address book.
(This can be done for Ready to Ship and Shipped orders. One easy way to build your address book is to use the Search feature, and then use this option to quickly add addresses to the Address Book.)
Allows manual order entry. Use this for orders that are received by email or phone.
Close Shipping Day
Runs all enabled Automation Rules against selected order(s).
Supported for U.S. Postal shipping only, this requests that the Postal Service come to your location to pick up shipments. Requires one or more Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipment.
The Combine to 1 Shipment option is typically used when a single buyer places multiple orders. This option combines the selected orders into a single shipment. The tracking number for the shipment will get posted out to all the orders.
To quickly find orders that appear eligible to combine, use the Combine Folder.
Essentially, a single label (aka single shipment) is being done, that will post out to all the selected orders (e.g. each order in the combined order will get the tracking number of that one label).
Marks selected order(s) shipped in ShipRush. Order(s) will move out of Ready to Ship into Shipped folder, or visa versa, depending on option used.
Clones the selected order(s) to a brand new order. Buyer info and line items are all copied. Great way to ship the same item, to the same recipient, multiple times. Suggested workflow: Look up order, clone, ship.
Note: Cloned orders creates a Draft order, that will be in the "Draft Shipments" folder until it is shipped (when it moves to the Shipped folder).
This is where you build a list of shipping accounts that are frequently used for third party billing (aka TPB). Build your list of payment accounts here, and they will be available in the shipping UI for easy access when shipping.
