Amazon Pro Merchant Setup

Amazon only allows automated access for Pro Merchants

Please follow these steps:

1. Enter the login email for your Amazon.com seller account.
2. When you press Next, log in to Amazon as you normally would as a merchant.
3. Complete the Amazon agreement to share data with ShipRush
4. Finish the ShipRush wizard

Normal Amazon rules apply:

• Amazon does not send data "on demand." Rather, ShipRush must request the data, and then wait some time before that data is actually available from Amazon.

• ShipRush sends tracking numbers to Amazon only a few times an hour, per Amazon rules.

• Once Amazon receives tracking numbers, it can take three to thirty minutes (more during the holidays) for the tracking numbers to appear in the Amazon web site.

• If a shipment is created off the same order more than once, Amazon will be updated with the most recent tracking number. This applies to both orders marked as shipped and orders marked as cancelled.
• ShipRush supports both US and Canadian Amazon accounts.
